Another rollercoaster day! We were discouraged that the surgery was delayed (twice) but later got great news. Steffan’s fever is gone, and they took him off the paralytic! His ICP continued to stay low - which means he’s continuing to move in the right direction. All other stats are great - an intercranial Doppler test showed his brain is still getting plenty of oxygen. They are started giving him food through a feeding tube - so the progress towards his summer bikini bod may slow down, but pretty sure he’ll be okay with that. Doctor is hopeful that they will be able to do the surgery on Monday. We will keep our fingers crossed but we know it’s always a game time decision. 

Also on the list of good news for the day is that Amy and Bek got a house they put an offer in on (they ask that you visit them often)! Friday has pulled through for all!
