STEFFAN! This update is my favorite one yet. Today you were discharged from UCSF and moved to a transitional care facility in Marin. From there, you’ll be able to enter acute rehab FT. Today, I finally see light. Our unexpected and life-changing journey is by no means finished, and in some ways it feels like it’s just beginning - but at least this nightmare chapter is now closed. Thank you thank you THANK YOU TO EVERY ONE for all of the good vibes, positive thoughts, cards, flowers, meals, emails, texts, posts, comments, emojis, help, and prayers. It worked. And thank you Steffan, for your inspirational strength and incredible willpower. We’re one step closer to bringing you home.
